Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel located right in the heart of Aqaba, making it super convenient to explore the city and nearby areas. The rooms, although spacious and clean, lacked a bit in terms of views and plug points for convenience. The service was top-notch with polite and helpful staff offering a range of services. The location is a mixed bag, as it's central but not very scenic. The dining experience was varied and tasty, but facilities could use a bit more attention to detail.
The hotel offers a mix of great positives like clean rooms and helpful reception staff but falls short with dated facilities and inconsistency in policy adherence. Overall, the stay was amazing and enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had some issues like the sliding wardrobe doors being broken and substandard cleanliness for a 5-star hotel, but they were equipped with essential amenities despite the centrally controlled air conditioning being uncomfortable at first. The service was genuinely helpful and welcoming, even though I wished they could have assisted more with arranging transport to Wadi Rum. The location was ideal for tourists like me, providing easy access to Aqaba attractions. The dining options were varied but seemed to have declined in quality recently. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were great, very spacious and comfortable with views of the Red Sea and the infinity pool of the hotel. The service was a bit inconsistent, but overall very obliging. The location was perfect, right in the center of Aqaba and close to the port and many restaurants, although I wished the beach was more tourist-friendly. The dining experience was really good, with a variety of international and Jordanian options. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with super comfy king-size beds and beautiful ocean and pool views. However, cleanliness can be improved, and attention should be given to the turn-down service. The breakfast lacked a butter knife, and the waffle section was not consistently attended by the chef, resulting in some missed waffle or pancake opportunities for two days.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, but they were quite far from each other and had old furnishings. The service was exceptional, especially at the Tree Cafe/Gusto restaurant and Kings Sports Bar, although noise complaints were not addressed. The location, although a bit dusty and hot due to the deserted surroundings, was great for exploring the city and had a helpful security crew. The dining experience was unbelievably good with a perfect balance between Middle Eastern and Western breakfast options. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs but enjoyable.
